The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, regional office in Johannesburg, calls for tenders to appointment an external auditor for a three-year mandate covering the financial years 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Chartered accountants registered with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA), who meet the legal requirements and wish to participate in this consultation must submit their applications by 11 February 2024.

Tenders must be sent in a closed envelope by courier with acknowledgement of receipt in the name of Mrs. Tafadzwa Nyakunu, Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, regional office in Johannesburg to the following address: "Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung, 237 Jan Smuts Avenue, Parktown North, Johannesburg, 2193.”

The outer envelope must be anonymous and must be marked "Not to be opened - RLS Appointment of an auditor for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 mandate".

Tenders will be automatically excluded if;

- they are received after the deadline for receipt of tenders

- they are not closed and sealed.
